There are two levels of council run parking beneath the surgery building (Levels -2 and -3). There is a concessionary rate for patients who have an appointment in the practice. The concession is £1.50 for two hours of parking . There are a number of Disabled parking bays within the car park however they still incur a charge.
Medical Centre Parking Ticket MachineWhen you drive into the car park, obtain a ticket from the GREEN ticket machine, this is specifically for medical centre patients.
Once you have had your appointment, you must have your ticket validated by reception. Please note that you only have 20 minutes to pay and exit the car park once your ticket has been validated. If you require to fill a prescription at the pharmacy in the centre, then please do this first and have your ticket validated at the pharmacy.
Please note that there is no concessionary car parking at the weekend. The Council will make normal car park charges.
Please do not arrive too early for your appointment as you may be charged the full rate if you go over the two hours.
Lift Information
We have a lift from floors -2 and -3, but if this lift is out of order you can use the lift on the opposite side of the car park by George St entrance next to the Escape Room. You can then walk across the courtyard to our main entrance and use the main working left lift up to the GP Practices and other services in the Fountains Building.
Where to Pay
There are pay machine located in the main car park area next to the stairs on both -2 and -3 levels.
Unfortunately the medical centre does not have control over the car park and any complaints should be directed to Chester and Cheshire West Council.
